Mills & Born Case Approvals for January 2024


Congratulations to all of our clients and their families who had their cases approved during the month of January! TPS Renewed for El Salvador!

 

USCIS will accept TPS renewal applications for Salvadoran nationals who have previously had TPS status.  The registration period runs from July 12, 2023 until March 9, 2025.  Please call our office at 401-467-1140 to make an appointment as soon as possible.  Don't allow your status to expire!  See: Temporary Protected Status-El Salvador for more details.

TPS For Haiti Renewed and Re-designated!

 

On January 26, 2023 USCIS published regulations which both renewed and re-designated Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for nationals of Haiti who have continuously resided in the United States since July 29, 2021.  The registration period runs from February 4, 2023 to August 3, 2024.  Please call our office for more information or for an appointment.  Also see: Temporary Protected Status-Haiti for more details.

New Parole Process

 

USDHS has implemented processes through which nationals of Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela, and their qualifying immediate family members, may request to come to the United States in a safe and orderly way.  Please call our office if you would like more information or want to know if you or your family member can qualify.  Also see: Special Parole Process
