Mills & Born Case Approvals for October 2022

Congratulations to all of our clients and their families who had their cases approved during the month of October! We are so happy to have been able to assist you in the successful outcome of your case. TPS Auto Extended!


USCIS will extend, through June 30, 2024, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and the validity of certain TPS-related documentation for beneficiaries under the TPS designations for El Salvador, Honduras, Haiti, Nepal, Nicaragua and Sudan, provided that the affected beneficiaries remain individually eligible for TPS. Beneficiaries under these TPS designations may also apply for new work permits, if they so desire.  See: Temporary Protected Status-USCIS for more details.


TPS For Haiti Renewed and Re-designated!


On August 3, 2021 USCIS published regulations which both renewed and re-designated Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for national of Haiti who have continuously resided in the United States since July 29, 2021.  The registration period runs from August, 3, 2021 to February 3, 2023.  Please call our office for more information or for an appointment.  Also see: Temporary Protected Status-Haiti for more details.
